Strategy (Strategic Assessment)

This simple assessment provides all the information we need about your business and your vision for it.

It identifies any gaps you currently have and provides a foundation on which to build your campaign.

We ask about:

Business goals – what you want to achieve and why

Target market – who are your ideal customers (don’t worry if you’re not sure right now… we work through a process together)

Competitor analysis – where you sit in the market place

Value proposition – your vision, mission, and values


We look at:

What current activities you use to market your brand

How you measure your return on investment (ROI) of those marketing activities… if you do.

Your business calendar of events for the next 12 months.

Who is currently involved in your marketing activities, in what capacity.

From our findings, we are able to create your campaign strategy to achieving your goals.

Campaign (How we bring it to life)

At this point the creative ideas and different concepts are flowing freely.


We distil them down into a simple campaign which will include:

  • An outline of your marketplace
  • A clearly defined brand message
  • An outline of the different media and tools which will bring your brand to life
  • What to measure and how
  • The realistic timeframe required to achieve your targets

Once you have your campaign there are two options; go it alone to implement; or retain our services to manage it for you.

Action (The deliverables)

Taking action creates brand magic!


The strategy and campaign work together, ensuring everything happens in sync.


The management of the agreed campaign, at this point, will make all the difference to its success and outcomes.

We analyse everything, look at statistics, work out conversion rate costs, increase in turnover, etc, on a regular basis to ensure we’re moving directly towards your business goals.
